Free Services – Terms and Conditions

From time to time, Monash Computer Repair may offer limited free services, including but not limited to:

• Free basic device testing

• Free initial diagnosis

• Free consultation

• Free quote

These free services are subject to the following conditions:

1. Free services are limited to basic testing and assessment only.

2. Free testing does not include repairs, part replacement, software installation, data recovery, or extended troubleshooting.

3. A technician may refuse free service at their discretion if:

   • The issue requires advanced technical work

   • The job involves high risk or complex systems

   • The device shows signs of prior damage or tampering

   • The request falls outside normal service scope

4. If further work is required after testing, a formal quote will be provided before any paid service begins.

5. Monash Computer Repair reserves the right to modify or withdraw free service offers at any time without notice.

6. Free services are offered in good faith and do not guarantee repair success.

Promotional or Complimentary Services

Any promotional, complimentary, or free service offered by Monash Computer Repair is provided at our sole discretion and may be limited in scope, time, or availability.

We reserve the right to:

• Refuse service

• Decline free assessments

• Limit time spent on free diagnostics

• Withdraw promotional offers at any time
